Things to remember	✓ Sound system & mic are mandatory; customer must arrange or book our basic setup (1 mic, 2 speakers) for ₹5,999. ✓ Transportation charges apply based on the event location. ✓ Rates are not valid on special dates; additional charges apply on festival & peak days. ✓ Reference photos may vary; final artist/service depends on availability. ✓ Customer must arrange a table & chair for the artist’s setup. ✓ Continuous power supply is required; delays due to power issues are not our responsibility. ✓ Cleaning the venue after service is not included. ✓ Clients are responsible for any missing or damaged rental items. ✓ Balance payment must be made immediately after service completion. ✓ Same-day payments accepted only via Cash, IMPS, UPI, etc. (No NEFT/RTGS/Cheques/PDC). ✓ Customer must arrange required venue permissions and pay any venue/royalty fees. ✓ Any extra requirements beyond inclusions will be chargeable. ✓ Delays due to natural calamities are not our responsibility, though we try our best. ✓ Rental items will be collected within 48 hours based on team availability. ✓ Customized décor from external references will be matched up to 70%–80%. ✓ Any service-related issues must be reported immediately during the service slot.
